Oil radiator



1 - bolts connectors;
2 - washers;
3 - oil hose;
4 - Oil pipe;
5 - the oil cooler;
6 - radiator.

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Removal spend in the sequence shown in the figure.
3. Check all the details and, if necessary, repair or replace them.
4. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the comments below.

A warning

In the case of re-use hose clamps, check to see if the he set it in place and tighten until it touches the stopper. Do not use oil hose again.


5. Align the marks and slide the oil cooler hose on the spool tube oil cooler.
6. Install the hose clamp on the label.
7. Make sure that the hose clamp does not touch the other parts.
8. Fill with ATF transmission fluid to the required level.
9. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.

10. Check for leaks transmission fluid from the oil pipes and hoses.

11. Check the level and characteristics of the transmission fluid ATF.

Check

Check the condition of parts and, if necessary, repair or replace them.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Cracks, damage and oil leaks.
2. Bend the pins.
3. The bend or deformation of parts of the compounds.
