Adjust the clutch pedal



Depress the clutch pedal until significant resistance, at which begins the process of the clutch, and a ruler, measure the free travel. It must exactly match a certain value, otherwise you need to make adjustments.
After adjustment, check the height of the freewheel clutch pedal setup, which measure the distance from the site to the pedal bulkhead and compare the value obtained with the technical data.

To adjust the height of the clutch pedal remove an air heater, located under the dashboard. 4 Loosen the lock nut (Fig. 2.16) and adjust the pedal height by turning the adjusting bolt locking 5. After adjusting tighten the lock nut.

To adjust the pedal travel, click on the release lever in the engine compartment, while pulling the cable and check the pedal (Fig. 2.17). Loosen the lock nut and adjust the pedal by turning the adjusting nut 1. Before tightening the lock nut and check the pedal stroke of the control lever grip.
