Air filter



GAS ENGINE

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The engine capacity of 1.8 liters and 2.0: Loosen the clamp (4/8) and remove the air filter (4) air hose.
2. Engines of 2.2 and 2.8 liters: remove the air filter (4) flow meter with the air hose, pre-opening clamp on the tube of the air filter. Check for damage to the O-ring.
3. Remove the inlet pipeline (4/16).
4. Pull out the air filter from the rubber feet (arrow) and remove it.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Air filter with retention projections insert the rubber feet (arrows). Fit the inlet pipe (4/16).
2. The engines of 1.8 and 2.0 liters: Fit the air filter on the air hose and fix its collar.
3. Engines of 2.2 and 2.8 liters, insert Meter O-ring and fix its collar attachment.

DIESEL ENGINE

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the spring clip from the hose coming from the expansion tank with the coolant to the air filter.
2. Remove the air hose from the air filter after loosening the clamp and sliding back.
3. Remove the suction inlet.
4. Remove the rubber feet from the air filter and remove it.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the rubber feet the air filter with the guide pin.
2. Push the suction inlet.
3. Slide the air filter in the air hose coming from the expansion tank with the coolant to the air filter.
