Throttle cable / throttle lever (DB)

GAS ENGINE

Adjusting the throttle wire (30)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. With the engine stopped and the accelerator pedal is not pressed between the driving spring (30/7) and the guide element (30/5) must be a gap of 0.5 to 1.0 mm, otherwise install it using the adjusting screw (30 / 3).
2. The crank lever (32/5) must be adjacent to the limiter idling throttle, otherwise change the connecting rod (32/4). Connecting rod must be set very accurately. The microswitch in the idle position must be pressed (closed).
3. The roller (32/8) without voltage must conform to the end stop of the adjusting lever (32/7). Otherwise, accordingly adjust the connecting rod (32/4).
4. Adjust Bowden cable for mounting the control pressure (98). To do this, turn the adjustment screw (98/2) up until the point of the rocker arm (32/2) is not located at the same height from the edge of the rocker lever (32/6).
5. With the engine charge companion depress the accelerator pedal to the throttle lever lock, the last position fix maximum fuel delivery. In the case of an automatic transmission Do not operate the accelerator pedal switch (S16 / 7).
6. Check whether the adjacent roller lever throttle to the stop lever throttle. Automatic Transmission; otherwise, respectively, turn the set screw (30/3). Mechanical speed: adjust the throttle lever stop.

Adjusting the throttle lever all the way in the foot space (only in the case of a manual transmission)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disengage the throttle lever stop footwell by turning it to the left side, and a few pull the locking bolt.
2. Slowly squeeze the accelerator pedal to the maximum fuel delivery as long as the throttle lever does not lie down on her fence.
3. In this position, the lock lever stop the throttle valve (38) by means of its rotation to the right side in the inner space.
4. Release the accelerator pedal (24). Between the driving spring (30/7) and the guide element (30/5) should be a gap of 0.5 to 1.0 mm, otherwise the inner space of the vehicle by means of adjustment of the slide adjuster nut (30/2).
5. Lubricate Bowden cable corrosion lubricant between the tip and the guide element (30/5).
6. If there is, check the adjustment of the cruise.

Adjusting the cruise

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unhook connecting rod (32/11) on one side of the spherical head.
2. The adjusting lever (32/7) must be in the neutral position.
3. Turn the adjusting shaft (32/13), the executive body of the cruise (M16) in the clockwise direction (arrow). In this case, the executive body is in the neutral position.
4. Turn the adjusting shaft (32/13), the executive body of the cruise (M16) in the clockwise direction (arrow). In this case, the executive body is in the neutral position.
5. Then re-hook the connecting rod. This arm of the executive body should be raised by about 1 mm from the lock lever throttle.
6. Otherwise, adjust the connecting rod. Press the spherical insert. Loosen the lock nut and screw or unscrew the spherical insert again tighten the lock nut.
