The transverse tube of the air filter

GAS ENGINE

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pull out the sensor for the intake air (B17) of the lateral pipe to squeeze the retaining clips of the (arrow).

2. Screw clamps (4/8), (4/13) and remove the cross tube of the air filter (4/5) with the shaped hose (4/6).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. 4-cylinder engine is a transverse pipe of the air filter skewer so that the two element basing on the lower side in the pinched retaining lugs on the casing high-voltage cables (arrows).
2. 6-cylinder engine: the transverse pipe of the air filter must be mounted so that the hollow-welding pins pressed into the rubber feet cylinder head cover. Hollow pins are used for crankcase ventilation and to capture the lateral pipe.
3. Tighten the hose clamps.
4. Install the sensor for the intake air (1V17) and squeeze out the retaining clips as long as it snaps into place.

DIESEL ENGINE

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the screws (97/3) on the intake manifold.

2. Remove the screws (97/2) of the holder (97/1) of the transverse pipe of the air filter.

3. Remove the cross tube of the air filter.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check for defects and porosity sealing cuff (97/4) and the O-rings on the housing profile of hydraulic valve / pipe cross-section of the air filter, replace if necessary.

2. Insert the transverse tube of the air filter, install the screws in the inlet pipeline.

3. Screw the holder and tighten the bolts to the full intake manifold.
