Intake manifold



4-cylinder petrol engine

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cross tube of the air filter.
2. Disconnect from the terminals of the battery ground cable (-).
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


3. Dismantle the fuel valve from the valve nozzle.
4. Remove the pit with wires.
5. Remove and set aside the washer container.
6. Disconnect shtekkernoe connection (arrow) to the executive body of the control system engine speed to idle. To do this, open the clamp and remove the spring clip from the wire.
7. Remove the rack intake manifold (19/4).
8. Disconnect shtekkernoe compound engine / ignition coil. Remove the ignition coil.
9. Remove the line (77/2), which goes to the regeneration valve.
10. Remove the vacuum is under the line (23) extending to the brake servo.
11. Remove the tape and label all the pipes in the intake manifold, which is under vacuum.
12. Remove the bolt on the intake manifold (15/1) from the power steering pump rack drive.
13. Remove the guide piece (30/5). At the same time, first remove the plastic nipple.
14. Unhook the throttle cable (30). To do this, enter through the slot in the rocker lever (32/6) cable drive. Squeeze the plastic spring clip (30/4) and pull on the support (32/3) Bowden cable (steel wire in a flexible twisted shell).
15. Automatic Transmission: unhook Bowden cable, which regulates the control pressure.
16. Cruise control: Unhook connecting rod.
17. Remove the screws (19/1) and nuts (19/2).
18. Remove the inlet pipeline.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the sealing surfaces and check them on line no distortion.
2. Screw the intake line with a new gasket (19/3). Alternately tight tighten bolts to 20 Nm (approximate value).
3. Cruise control: Hook the connecting rod.
4. Automatic gearbox: Attach the Bowden cable, the control signal pressure, and adjust the cable.
5. Enter the throttle cable through the hole in the support, push it into the support and secure.
6. Hang the piece together with the guide wire throttle. Pay attention to the plastic nipple was registered in the guide part.
7. Loosen the power steering pump rack drive, then insert the bolt (15/1) to the intake manifold and screw it. Tighten the power steering pump rack drive.
8. In accordance with the markings made earlier spread on the intake gas pipe lines under vacuum.
9. Screw the pipe being under vacuum brake booster.
10. Push the pipe (77/2), going to the regeneration valve.
11. Install the ignition coil.
12. Screw the rack intake manifold.
13. Connect the electrical wires to the executive body of the control system engine speed to idle. Attach the wire clamp and lock in a spring clip.
14. Install the washer and screw vessel.
15. Screw the well-to-wire.
16. Install the fuel rail with injection valves.
17. Fit the transverse pipe of the air filter.
18. Adjust the throttle cable.
19. Connect the terminal of the battery ground cable (-). Set the clock. 38. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
20. Start the engine and check the tightness of all connections.
21. Check the idle speed (work for the garage).

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cross tube of the air filter.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

This erased anti-theft radio code.


3. The automatic gearbox control unit to unhook Bowden cable for adjusting the control pressure.
4. Release the connecting rod pressure control valve (200).
5. Unhook connecting rod (204) of the pump nozzles.
6. Unhook the plastic spring clip on the cable of gas (228).
7. Remove the four screws (205) and move towards the adjustment rod.
8. Remove the vacuum pump on the vacuum line.
9. Remove the vent line engine (107).
10. Unhook the retaining clips (54/1) on the fuel injection intake manifold.
11. Remove the screws (109) on the left and right of the holder of the inlet pipeline.
12. Remove the screws (108).
13. Remove the inlet pipeline.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the sealing surfaces and check for flatness with a ruler and probe.
2. Screw the intake line with the new O-rings. Alternately tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (approximate value).
3. Screw the holder for intake manifold.
4. Take on the spring clamps the high pressure pipe.
5. Install the vent line of the engine.
6. Screw on the vacuum pump vacuum line.
7. Screw the adjusting rod.
8. Screw on the inlet pipeline plastic spring clips.
9. Hook the connecting rod of the pump nozzles.
10. Hook the connecting rod of the gas.
11. Automatic Transmission: Hang and adjust the Bowden cable for adjusting the control pressure.
12. Install the cross tube of the air filter.
13. Check the intake manifold.
14. Connect the terminal of the battery ground cable. Set the clock. Enter anti-theft code for the radio.
15. Start the engine, check the tightness of all connections.
16. Check the operation of the vehicle is idling (body shop work).
A warning

The engine capacity of 2.2 / 2.5 L only need to dismantle the parts shown in the illustration.
