Fuel thermostat



Diesel engine of 2.0 L

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the inlet pipeline.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


3. Remove the glow plug cylinder 3.
4. Remove the water feed pipe (87) after loosening and sliding the back clamp (87/1).
5. Remove the fuel feed line (88) after loosening and moving back clamp (88/1).
6. Remove the fuel line (89). For this Unlock quick-release fastener.
7. Remove the bolt (13a) on the fuel pump nozzles.
8. Remove the 3 screws (86/1) on the holder.
9. Remove the thermostat (86).
10. Remove the banjo bolt (86/2).
11. Press the thermostat banjo bolt.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press the banjo bolt to the thermostat, if damaged, replace the O-ring.
2. Set the thermostat.
3. Thread the hollow bolt.
4. Screw the screws (86/1) (13a).
5. Slide the fuel, if damaged, replace the O-ring.
6. Pull the fuel feed line and fix its collar.
7. Push the water feed pipe and secure it with a clamp.
8. Install the glow plug cylinder 3.
9. Install the intake line.
10. Connect the terminal of the battery ground cable.
11. Set the time on the clock.
12. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
13. Start the engine and leave it to rotate at idle. Check the tightness of all connections.
14. Check the coolant level, if necessary add it.

Diesel engine of 2.2 / 2.5 L

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the inlet pipeline.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


3. Screw the bolt (42) to the wire pit.
4. Remove the fuel line (90/2). For this Unlock quick-release fastener.
5. Remove the fuel hose (90/1), after loosening the collar and pushing him back.
6. Remove the screws (60/2).
7. Remove the fuel heat exchanger (60), together with the thermostat. Pour into a suitable vessel arising coolant.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the fuel heat exchanger and thermostat with a new gasket (60/3) and tighten with a torque of 10 Nm (approximate value).
2. Push the fuel pipe, replace if damaged O-ring.
3. Push the fuel pipe and secure it with a clamp.
4. Install the intake line.
5. Connect the terminal of the battery ground cable.
6. Set the clock.
7. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
8. Start the engine and leave it to rotate at idle. Check the tightness of all connections.
9. Check the coolant level, if necessary add it.
