Hydraulic valve housing



Below are the order of works on the diesel engine.

Withdrawal


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the air hose clamp (90/1).
2. Remove the vacuum hose (100a) with the mechanism of membrane vacuum ignition advance hydraulic valve (100).
3. Unhook connecting rod (200) on the hydraulic valves.
4. Remove the two screws (60/2) and slide to the side valve exhaust gas recirculation system (60).
5. Remove the three screws (105/1).
6. Pull the hydraulic valve body (105a) of the transverse pipe of the air filter.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check for damaged O-ring profile, replace it if necessary.
2. Push the transverse pipe of the air filter housing hydraulic valve with O-ring profile. To do this, loosen the screws of the transverse pipe of the air filter, and then retighten.
3. Screw the hydraulic valve body.
4. Screw the valve EGR system.
5. Attach the connecting rod in the hydraulic valve.
6. Push the vacuum hose.
7. Push the air hose and fix its collar.
