The fuel tank is divided into two compartments, which are interconnected at the top. At the bottom is the fuel gauge and the suction jet pumps. Fuel is sucked from the respective pump is fed into the compartments and quieting chamber, which is welded to the right branch of the fuel tank and serves as an additional fuel tank during cornering and low fuel consumption.
