Fuel Level Sensor
GAS ENGINE Each fuel cell is the fuel level sensor display.
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Drain the fuel tank. If only one sensor is dismantled, it is necessary to drain the fuel only from that compartment. | 2. Remove the return hose (74) with a standard clip (011). | 3. Remove the return hose on the support plate fuel level sensor (B4 / 1). To do this, loosen and slide back hose clamp. A warning The flowed out fuel collect rags or drain into a suitable container. Connecting input pipe close a suitable stopper or insert the hose into the net with a suitable bolt thread diameter.
| 4. Remove the ring nut (89/1). The garage is used for this special trunnion key. If you do not have a key, insert it into the slot of the safety ring suitable plastic wedge and loosen the ring of light hammer blows. A warning Do not use metal because of the risk of sparks.
| 5. Remove the fuel level sensor. | 6. Remove the piping (88/3) and (88/4) with the jet suction pump on the fuel level sensor. |

Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Push the piping (88/3) and (88/4) on the fuel gauge. | 2. Set the fuel level sensor, equipping it with a new profiled seal so that the sensor pins have engaged in the slots (88/2) of the fuel tank. | 3. Screw the trunnion ring nut wrench to 55 Nm | 4. Fit the drain hose and secure it with a hose clamp, remove the hose clamp. | 5. Fill the fuel and the engine running, check the tightness of all connection points. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Drain the fuel tank. If a sensor is removed, it is necessary only to release him terminals. | 2. Disconnect standard clamp (011) drain the fuel line (70). | 3. Remove the drain line to the stop plate of the gauge of level of fuel. To do this, loosen and slide back hose clamps. Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Fit the pipe (90) on the fuel gauge. | 2. Fuel level sensor core with a new O-ring (89/1), set so that the pins of the sensor engages in the grooves of the fuel tank. | 3. Screw the screw-in trunnion nut wrench to 55 Nm | 4. Place drain the fuel hose and secure it with a hose clamp. Remove the hose from the terminal. | 5. Fill fuel and check the tightness of all connection points with the engine running. |
