Free installation of the distribution chain to the crankshaft

Check the centering of the intermediate disc

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Place the top half of the crankshaft rear oil seal into the groove of the housing. After installation, the ends of the gland should act to 0.5 mm. Insert the oil seal using a hammer handle oiled and cut it to the desired value.
  2. Thoroughly clean the seats of loose leaves of radical bearings, crankshaft journals and the rear surface of the liner.
  3. Put the upper main bearing shells in the crankcase and oil them.
  4. Lower crankshaft bearing shells.
  5. Insert the lower main bearing shells in their caps and oil them.
  6. Place main bearing caps, screws, insert them. Make sure that the set screw of the oil pump is located on the front cover.
  7. Lightly tighten all bolts main bearing caps and tighten them in sequence, and finally to the set point.
  8. Make sure that the crankshaft rotates freely and that its movement does not exceed the specified limits.
  9. Place the bracket distribution mechanism to the engine block, set the pressure reducing valve lubrication and tighten the plug.
  10. Install free goal camshaft to the crankshaft, make sure to it that Woodruff was in his groove and tapping, set the star-sharing mechanism so that it can be put on a chain. If the star is hard to remove, heat it before setting up to 80 ? C.
  11. Install the intermediate plate on the rear of the cylinder block, insert and tighten the screws slightly. Using dial gauge, check the alignment of the plate on the crankshaft, and then tighten the screws.
  12. Establish a flywheel (a leading disk), front oil seal crankshaft sprocket (sprocket) Camshaft (shafts) and pistons.
