A flywheel (a leading disk of the torque converter) and installation -snyatie



1. In vehicles with a manual transmission, remove the clutch mechanism assembly (Ch. 8). On vehicles with automatic transmission, remove the drivetrain (ch. 7).
2. Remove the bolts flywheel (a leading disk of the torque converter) to the crankshaft, straightening lock washers and resting the screwdriver into the ring gear to lock against rotation (see photo).
3. Carefully remove the flywheel from the crankshaft.
4. Remove the bolt and rear reinforcement plate of the engine (photo). Check for oil leaks through the rear plugs.
3. On cars with the formula 4x4, apply sealant

5. Check the integrity of the tooth crown, severe damage to the flywheel (drive), replace.
6. To verify the flywheel described in ch.8.
7. Clean the contact surfaces of the crankshaft and flywheel.
8. Install the reinforcement plate.
9. Establish a flywheel, replacing the lining.
10. Tighten the bolts crosswise.
11. Other operations are performed in reverse order.
