Sump - removal and installation
1. Drain the oil. 2. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports. 3. Remove the mudguard of the engine. 4. On cars with the formula 4x9 remove the subframe. 5. On vehicles with a 4x4 formula remove the front gear, hang out the engine, loosening the support. Fix the wooden support bars. 6. Unscrew the bolts and remove oil pan. When removing do not damage the split plane of the cylinder and the pallet.

7. Thoroughly clean the split plane of the cylinder and the pallet of the consolidation rests. Rinse the sealing plane of the solvent acetone or lacquer. Verify the purity of the threaded holes in the engine block. 8. Check on a demountable plane of the pallet of deformations, especially around the bolt holes. If you want to split the plane otrihtuyte hammer lay on a wooden board. 9. Put the pan on a plane RTV sealant thinly and place the gasket. 10. Set the pan and evenly crosswise tighten the screws with the given torque. After 30 minutes (after setting sealant) fill it with oil, start the engine and check for leaks.
