Front crankshaft oil seal - replacement
17. Front crankshaft oil seal - replacement 1. Remove the pulley. 2. Carefully remove the oil seal by prying with a screwdriver or other tool (see photo). 3. Clean the hole for the oil seal and lightly grease an external surface of the new oil seal oil for the engine. Gently press in new shaft seal into place with the help of a mandrel with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the gland (photo). After installation, make sure that the position of the stuffing box spring is not broken. 4. Replace pulley. 5. Establish other details. Start the engine and check for leaks.
