Oil pump - removal and installation
1. Establish the piston 1 st cylinder at TDC of the compression stroke. 2. Remove the cover of the distributor of ignition and obo4 znachte position of the thumb relative to the body of the distributor. 3. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports. 4. Remove the mudguard of the engine. 5. Drain the oil from the engine. 6. On vehicles with a 4x4 formula set stand under the front gear. 7. Remove the bolts and remove the pump assembly from the shaft. 8. An order of dismantling of the pump is described in the following. 9. Make sure that the piston of 1st cylinder is at TDC compression stroke. 10. Fill the oil pump, align the label bulk) pump with grease hole pinion gear (see photo). 11. Install the gasket and the pump. 12. Tighten the screws and check the orientation of the shaft or coca. Repeat if necessary ustanoaaSch 13. Fill in oil. Check the ignition
