Intake manifold and installation -snyatie



1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Disconnect the hose of the vacuum amplifier.
5. Designate and disconnect hoses from the intake manifold and throttle body or carburetor.

6. Disconnect fuel hoses from the pipes (in the pre-injection engines do the decompression, see. Ch. 4).
7. Disconnect the intake manifold vacuum hoses recirculation valve.
8. Remove the tube from the EGR valve and pipe spool from the crankcase ventilation (see photo).
9. Disconnect the throttle cable.
10. Disconnect the wiring from the carburetor and manifold.
11. Remove the upper radiator hose.
12. Remove the lower bolt of the thermostat and disconnect the battery cable to ground.
13. Disconnect coolant hose in the bottom of the reservoir.
14. Disconnect the hose from the crankcase ventilation valve
15. Remove the bolts and remove the intake manifold assembly from the carburetor (or throttle body) and other aggregates.
16. Clean the manifold.
17. Install the new gasket on the manifold. Replace the two lower bolts and washers in the cylinder head of the beveled washer should be turned to the engine. Establish a collector and wrap bolts.
18. Tighten bolts with the set moment, from the center to periphery in a crisscross pattern.
19. Other operations are performed in reverse order.
20. Refill the engine with liquid. Warm up the engine and check for leaks. Adjust the idle speed.
