Adjusting trunk lid / tailgate.



The trunk lid / tailgate should be set so that closed the gap around the perimeter of the trunk lid / tailgate has been the same over the entire length, and when you close the boot lid / tailgate should be at par with the other parts of the body.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

Adjusting the position of the tailgate / rear door must be carried out on the car standing on wheels.


1. Using a 24 mm wrench, turn the stop (1) the back door anticlockwise by 90 ?� and pull it out of the door.
2. Remove the rubber buffer to stop the door, then use the 3-mm hex wrench, unscrew the pin screw until it stops.
3. Remove the bolt from the housing at a distance of A = 12.5 mm.
4. Install the stop (1) of the rear door to door and using a 24 mm wrench, turn the focus on 90 ?� clockwise.
5. On both sides of the car, remove the spacer caps (1) and spacer caps (2).
6. Close the back door with a slight pressure in the middle of the door.
7. Adjust the position of the rear door to the gap between the door and the body is 5 mm. In a specialized workshop for this purpose a special tool 3371.
8. Re-open the rear door.
9. In this position, the tailgate is mounted on the provisional tightening of approximately 3 mm.
10. On both sides of the car set the caps hollow caps spacers.
11. Tighten the contact screw (1) with an Allen wrench to 1.5 Nm.
