Removing and installing interior door trim

This section describes the removal of interior trim driver's door. Interior finish rear door removed in the same way as the front.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off the ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Insert a small screwdriver blade between the handle grip (1) and the recessed handle (2) and move the handle to the door trim. Use a screwdriver with a very thin blade, in order not to damage the plastic trim handles and door handle. 3. Using a screwdriver inserted under the edge of the recessed handle, remove the handle from the recess of the inside door trim. Do not remove the internal handle (2) door for a recess, as it is under the bridge (1) of the inner door trim (3 - an electric socket). 4. Pull the locking electrical connector from the connector and disconnect the electrical connector from the inside door handle. 5. Remove the 7 screws (arrows) securing the inner door trim (1). 6. Using a special device 799/4 (A) or self-made tool in the form of a flat fork, separate the door trim (1) from the door. 7. Lift the door trim upwards to release the upper part of the door trim of the window opening. 8. By moving back the rod (1) open the door, remove it from the guide (3) and remove the handle from the inside door opening (2 - screwdriver, 4 - thrust hook). 9. Disconnect the electrical connectors. 10. Remove the lower door trim inner seal glass (1) and insert it into the window opening.

Differences at removal of an upholstery right front door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert the blade of a screwdriver (2) into the holes on the underside of the inside of the handle (3), and open the door by turning a screwdriver, remove the cover handle (1). In order not to damage the door trim, beneath the screwdriver blade plastic spacer. 2. Unscrew the 6 screws (indicated by arrows) securing the inner door trim. 3. The internal handle of opening of the door is attached to the door trim with two screws on the back of the upholstery. Loosen the inside handle of the door opening trim is possible only after removal of the door trim.
