Testing for the pressure reduced by the valve

This test measures the pressure reduced by the valve to check the nodes of the hydraulic system and oil leaks.

Preparation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Follow the preparation provided in the section "Testing of teamwork of an automatic transmission and the engine for the motionless car"

2. Connect the engine tachometer.

3. Connect gauge OK201 190 AA0 to the union pressure test.

Procedure

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Start up the engine.

2. Check the engine speed of the engine idling and the selector position "P".

Specifications:

The frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of the engine idling: 800 ?� 50 ^min -1
Ignition timing (BTDC): 10 ?� 1 ?� (Contact TEN of a diagnostic socket is earthed)

3. Read the value of the reduced pressure on the idle position "P".

Average value of the pressure reduced by the valve: 360-400 kPa

4. Screw a new plug with a square hole in the head fitting for pressure testing.

Torque: 50-100 N ??? m
