Removal and installation of a forward wing
MAZDA 323 10/89 vol.  Withdrawal | - Change the position of the disc relative to the hub wheel to balance the wheel could be established in former position.
- Loosen the wheel nuts standing on the ground of the car.
- Lift the front of the vehicle.
- Remove the wheel.
- Remove the front turn signal -1, see. Chapter Heater, illumination system, devices.
- Remove the grille -2- and lattice trim, Head of wheels and tires, a body, car coloring, care of the car.
- Remove the headlamp -3, Chapter Heater, illumination system, devices.
- Unscrew the strainer -4.
- Release screws -5- locker inside, squeeze on the locker and remove the wing.
- Because of the protective and sealing tape mastic wing sits very firmly. For loosening the wing needs dryer reaching at least the temperature of + 450 ?� C. If the dryer is not recommended to cut the protective putty knife in the joints.
 | Heat vinyl protective mastic bottom (Material PVC) and a little short time. PVC color change should not and should not form blisters. Otherwise there health hazardous fumes, moreover formed leading to corrosion of hydrochloric acid. |
- Carefully step by step remove the wing.

Setting | - If necessary, paint the wing.
- Clean the contact surface of the wing, where necessary aligned.
- Cover the fixing points in the wing bolts and wheel arch-pillar anti-corrosion agent.
- Apply on the surface fit the standard tape for sealing the wings.
- Install, align and tighten the wing. At the same time follow the uniform gap between the bonnet and wings, as well as doors and fenders.
| Bolts (screws) can be tightened to 10 Nm, t. E. Very easy. |
- Coat the inside of the wing mastic underbody protection.
- Seal the locker on the wing sealant.
- Screw the strainer.
- Install the radiator grille and trim.
- Install the headlamp and turn signal. Adjust headlights.
- Set wheel, given the label on the hub. Lower the car and tighten the wheel nuts crosswise with torque of 100 Nm.
