PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the rear spring strut.
  1. Tighten the upper suspension strut in a vise with the gaskets. Loosen the nut of the piston rod a few turns without unscrewing.
  1. To remove the shock absorber, it is necessary to compress the spring. The workshops used for this special device.

In no case does not weaken the shock absorber if the spring is not compressed.

  1. Tighten MAZDA constrictor constrictor or other standard in a vise. Insert in the rear spring strut constrictor slowly and evenly compress the spring until you unload the upper spring cup.

If you are using the standard constrictor, exciting coils of the spring, watch, that spring coils were captured reliably and constrictor could not get off.

Be sure to compress the spring in 3 lying opposite the ground. Spring has a very high degree of compression, therefore use only reliable tool. Risk of accident!

A fastening nut can be removed only if the spring is firmly compressed.

  1. Remove the support strut, coil spring and a pneumatic buffer.

If you need to replace only the spring, it is necessary to slowly weaken. If, on the contrary, requires only the replacement of the shock absorber, the spring is compressed.
