1. Remove the crankshaft pulley (see. Section Removal and installation of the crankshaft pulley).  | 2. Gently prying the two big screwdriver or pry bar, remove the crankshaft front oil seal from its landing slot at the front timing cover, - try not to damage the shaft journal. |
3. Clean the wall of the receiving hole, completely removing them from corrosion and pieces of old oil seal. Fill with new oil seal into the slot (inside sponges), after brushing the outer surface motor oil.  | 4. Using as a deep end of the mandrel head of the appropriate size, or a segment of pipe of suitable diameter, zastuchite gland in the mounting slot until it stops into flange cover. |
 | 5. Evaluate the condition of the sealing surface of the damper hub crankshaft pulley. In case of Rout gland furrows carry out the necessary refurbishment, is pressed into the hub additional sleeve.  | Planting of the repair sleeve is made simply by using a piece of wood and a hammer. |

6. Coat the new oil seal lips with pure impellent oil, then replace the crankshaft pulley. Screw the mounting bolt and tighten it with demanded effort.
7. Install the remaining components is made in the reverse order of their removal. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
8. Start the engine and check for signs of oil leakage in the area of the front timing cover. |
