Camshaft - removal and installation
1. Remove the cylinder head cover. 2. Remove the spark. 3. Establish the piston of cylinder 1 at TDC compression stroke. 4. Apply a mark on the camshaft sprocket and chain. If the head is not removed, the violation of the mutual arrangement of these parts is not allowed. 5. Prepare a wooden wedge with dimensions 250x19 mm and width on one side of 30-37 mm, and the other - 25 mm. 6. Remove the cover and unscrew the bolt of an asterisk, remove the cam drive of the fuel pump (photo). 7. Rasklinte chain by introducing a wedge tapering part down. The convergence of the chain with the crankshaft gear. not allowed. 8. Carefully remove the star, holding the chain that should remain in the wedge (photo). 9. Remove the rollers with a yoke. 10. Remove the camshaft, paying attention to the orientation of the pin at the end. 11. Check the condition of the camshaft (see. Below). 12. Install the camshaft, without disturbing the original orientation of the pin. Pre-lubricate the bearings and shaft neck (see photo). 13. Set the rocker arm rollers. Tighten the bolts by hand. The two middle screws tighten to 17 Nm 14. Put the chain on the sprocket, carefully removing a wedge and put an asterisk on a camshaft. The pin must go into the second recess with an asterisk, and put before mating marks should be aligned. 15. Remove the wedge and tighten the bolt, install the cam drive of the fuel pump. Tighten the bolt with the specified torque. Lubricate the sealing cap and place it in the cylinder head. 16. Tighten the roller rocker arm with the set moment. 17. Adjust the valves. 18. Replace the cover. 19. Warm up the engine again, and adjust the clearances, taking into account the rules for a warm engine.
