1. Changing the transmission oil must be carried out in strict accordance with the schedule of routine maintenance of the car (see. Section routine maintenance schedule Maxima cars Nissan).
2. Prepare a fresh supply of the required grade of transmission oil (see. Specifications), and other necessary tools and materials (see. Section Checking the transmission oil Manual transmission).
3. The oil must be collected, as a pre-warmed to normal operating temperature during a short trip. Hot oil has a high fluidity and better washes sludge and other deposits.
