PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The rotation of the wheels must be carried out regularly in accordance with the schedule of routine maintenance of the car, as well as in identifying signs of uneven tread wear. When rotating the vehicle must be raised off the ground - use this opportunity to also check the state of the components of the braking system (see. Section Checking braking system).
2. The drafters of the Guidelines recommend to make the rotation of the wheels equipped with radial tires, in accordance with the proposed scheme. Most models are equipped with tires with non-directional tread, otherwise pay attention to the difference between the order of the procedure. Direction of the tire can be easily distinguished by the presence on the sidewall of the arrow indicating the correct direction of rotation. The kit should include two tires to the right direction of rotation, and two - to the left.
3. Detailed procedures for changing the wheels described in Section Poddomkrachivanie and towing. Track reliability of fixing the car in the raised position.
4. The right thing would be to raise the entire car from the ground - use hoist or Poddomkratte car and establish it on props, the institution under the frame side members (in any case not be used to fix the car in a raised position at least four backups!).
5. Upon completion of the rotation, check the inflation pressure of tires, adjust it in accordance with regulatory requirements. Make sure of reliability of fastening of wheel nuts (ideally, the wheel nuts should be tightened with a torque wrench and rechecks within 40 km [25 miles] run).
