Checking the transmission oil Manual transmission

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carter Manual transmission is not equipped with dipstick. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.

2. The level of the transmission oil in the gearbox is checked by a reversing control / filler plug from the side wall of the crankcase Manual transmission. Find the plug in the bottom of the front wall of the gearbox thoroughly clean the surface surrounding it with a clean cloth. Remove the oil - oil level in the crankcase should reach the lower edge of the control / filler hole, otherwise it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments. If the car is raised above the ground in order to ensure access to the crankcase RKPP before climbing under him make sure of reliability of fastening struts.

The vehicle must be mounted horizontally.

3. Use a syringe or a special pump and continue to pump into the crankcase Manual transmission gear oil demanded grade (see. Specifications) up until it begins to wash over the lower edge of the filler hole.
4. Screw carefully wiped plug and tighten it securely. Make a short trial runs of the car, after which make sure there is no leakage of oil through the plug.
