Removal and installation of the control lever front suspension



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the nuts of the corresponding front wheel. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props. Remove the wheel.
2. Remove the anti-roll bar on the control lever (see. Section Removal and installation of the front anti-roll bar). On models 1993 and 1994 Vol. remove the stabilizer bar (see ibid.).

3. On models 1993 and 1994 Vol. otboltite ball joint from control arm suspension. On models since 1995 Vol. Remove the cotter pin and loosen the nut of a spherical finger. Using a special fork puller release the ball pin of the knuckle assembly.

In the process of the release of the ball stud protective cover support will almost certainly be damaged. Separate the lever assembly from the steering knuckle.

4. If the control arm suspension needs to be replaced, loosen the nut finger arm sleeve assembly. Remove the bolts finger sleeve.

5. Remove the mounting bolts of the hub, and then remove the control lever. On models 1993 and 1994 Vol. if necessary, remove the headscarf arm.

CHECK

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assess the front and rear control arm bushings rubber - cracked and worn components must be replaced. Install new bushings must be done in a workshop of car-care center, otherwise it is necessary to replace the lever assembly.
2. Check the housing arm for signs of strain. Damaged arm beyond repair and must be replaced.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is in the reverse order. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

Tightening bolts finger sleeve and the front of the sleeve (and scarves lever on models 1993 and 1994 vol.) Must be carried out strictly in order. Before final tightening of the bolts or nuts finger prop up the outer end of the jack in order to introduce it on a normal working height. Be sure to replace the pin fixing nut of a spherical finger.
