Removal of air from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of helm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. After all the procedures associated with disconnecting the power steering lines of a hydraulic path of PAS must be vented. Otherwise the efficiency of the power steering is largely reduced.
2. Expand the front wheels in the straight-ahead position and check the fluid level in the reservoir system PAS (See chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance). In case of need make corresponding updating (the fluid level should reach the bottom mark [COLD] on the tank wall).
3. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props.
4. Start the engine and leave it running at a fast idle speed. Recheck the fluid level in the reservoir PAS. If necessary, make adjustments again.
5. Turn the steering wheel from side to side (no bumps at the ends of travel) remove from the air system (make sure that the liquid level in the tank during pumping does not fall below the permissible limit).
6. When finished pumping, return the wheels in straight position and let the engine run for a few more minutes, then stop it.
7. Lower the car to the ground.
8. Make car trial runs, checking serviceability and quiet operation of the steering system.
9. Once again check the level of hydraulic fluid in the warm up to normal operating temperature of the engine (this time it should be up to the mark notes on the wall of the tank). If necessary, make the necessary adjustments (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance).
