Removing and installing the rear suspension arm (models 1993 and 1994 issue.)



Loosen the wheel nuts. Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props. Remove the rear wheels.

Wishbones

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give nuts bolts axial inner ends of the wishbone.

2. Give nuts / bolts outer ends of the wishbone assembly to the steering knuckle.
3. Remove the levers.
4. Install in the reverse order. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

Final tightening is done after mounting the components will be displayed in the normal operating height - prop suspension jack. The jack head must be slid under the trailing arm bracket!

5. Drive to a workshop for checking and adjusting the geometry of the suspension.

Trailing Arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give a nut axial bolts of the front end of the trailing arm. Remove the bolt.

2. Loosen the bolt-fastening the rear end of a pair of levers on the support bracket.

3. Remove the trailing arm assembly.
4. Install in the reverse order. Before final tightening of fixture with demanded effort Poddomkratte Hub assembly for removal of the suspension to the normal working height.

Jack should start under the trailing arm bracket!

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Replace the wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance).
