Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the nuts on the wheel. Cock a lay brake, prop chock rear wheels and then Poddomkratte front of the car and establish it on props. Remove the wheel.

2. Hold the tip of the rod from turning the second key, release the lock nut. Remove the nut so that there was an opportunity to put a label on the open position of the tip of the threads of the bar.

3. Remove the cotter pin and loosen the nut of a spherical finger tip. Do not shoot until finally the nut.

4. Use the 2-gripping puller release the ball of the finger tip of the lever assembly of the knuckle. Remove the nut and separate the rod from the knuckle.

5. Remove the cap and remove it from the pull rod.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Screw the new tip for traction (applied to the process of dismantling the landing marks on the threads of the bar). Put the ball in the tip of the finger knuckle arm. Firmly tighten the lock nut.
2. Screw the castle nut ball stud and tighten it with demanded effort. Lock nut new cotter pin.
3. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see. Specifications to the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
4. Drive to a specialized workshop for inspection and alignment of the front wheels.
