Replacing the ball bearings



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the mounting nuts on the wheel. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Remove the wheel.
2. Release the ball joint from the knuckle (see. Section Removal and installation of the front suspension control arm).
3. Give three nuts-to-knuckle support. Disconnect the support on the control lever.
4. Install in the reverse order. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. Be sure to replace the pin.

If the alignment grooves of the crown with a hole for planting the pin position of the nut must be corrected, tighten it to the desired angle, - in any case, do not loosen.

5. Replace the wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models since 1995 Vol. ball bearing is built into the control lever assembly and suspension in the case of wear or damage to the changes in the last set (see. Section Removal and installation of the front suspension control arm).
