REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Construction of the steering pump is shown in the illustration.
2. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.

If installed on the car stereo is equipped with a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Loosen the tensioner pulley and throw off the drive belt.
4. Using a large syringe pump out of the tank steering pump as much as possible the amount of hydraulic fluid. To collect spilled liquid get under the car drain capacity.
5. Loosen the nuts of the right front wheel, Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Remove the wheel.

6. Remove the banjo bolt couplings and separate from the pump discharge line. Remove installed on both sides of choke connector sealing washers (washers must be replaced on a mandatory basis). Wrap choke connector plastic wrap to minimize the loss of hydraulic fluid.

7. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the return of the steering pump hydraulic hose.
8. Release the lever from the steering knuckle tie rod tip right (see. Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts). Expand thrust back, freeing ample workspace.
9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the steering pump.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is in the reverse order. Ensure that all hardware (including a hollow bolt choke) has been tightened with demanded effort. Do not forget to replace sealing washers choke connector pressure line. Make adjustment effort belt tension (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance).
2. Connect the tie rod to the steering knuckle arm (see. Section Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts).
3. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance).
4. Fill the reservoir to the steering pump the required amount of hydraulic fluid required grade (see. Chapter Settings and maintenance) and "bleed" steering system (see. Section Bleeding the hydraulic path of system of strengthening of helm).
