Removal, check of a condition and installation of the front suspension mount assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the wheel nuts. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props. Remove the front wheels.

2. Release the flexible brake hose from the bracket on the front suspension.

3. Give two nuts with a hammer and punch and knock out two bolts of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist.

4. Separate the stand from the knuckle assembly, - try to avoid excessive stretching inner CV joint drive shaft, to prevent damage to the brake hose, do not allow excessive loss fist out.

5. Holding the stand, give the top three screws securing it to the support ledge mudguard wheel arch.

Giving the last nut, hold the stand with his free hand. Remove the rack-mount assembly through the arch of the wheel.

CHECK

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully inspect the outside of the rack cabinet, checking it for signs of hydraulic fluid leaks, cracks, dents and other mechanical defects, requires corresponding regenerative repair or replace the assembly.
2. Check the rack spring coils for the presence of chipping, cracks and other damage to the protective coating with the potential development of corrosion rod. Assess the rubber cushion seat spring.
3. If necessary, disassemble the rack (see. Section Replacement strut / coil spring assembly rack).

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Start the assembly of rack wheel through an arch on the regular place. Carefully slide the mounting studs into the holes of the top support. Immediately screw the nut tightening them while only by hand.

Due to the significant weight of the shock absorber assembly is wise to enlist the help of an assistant.

2. Season the knuckle rack flange and thread in their nest two mounting bolts. Screw the new nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.
3. Secure the brake hose in bracket at the front, snap lock.
4. Install the wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance).
5. Tighten with demanded effort nuts upper rack assembly.
