Removal and installation of the radio and speakers



Considered in this manual car models are equipped with additional safety (SRS). Before proceeding with any work near the airbag unit, steering column and instrument panel, disconnect SRS to avoid injury at its casual operation (see. Section Power front seats - the general data and check of serviceability of functioning). Wiring of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow color of isolation.

The radio / CD-player

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect SRS (see. Section Airbags - general information).
2. Remove facing of the central section of the instrument panel and plastic panel directly under the ashtray (see chap. Body).

3. Remove the screws and remove the assembly from the radio control panel functioning of a heater from its landing slot in the instrument panel, disconnect the wiring assembly and aerial cable.

4. Disconnect the antenna cable and connecting wiring, remove the screws and then the two side supporting brackets and separate radio / CD-player control panel assembly from the operation of the heater.

5. Install in the reverse order.

Loudspeakers

Door speakers

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the front door trim panel (see chap. Body).

2. Remove the retaining screws and remove the speaker assembly from its landing nest and disunite wiring connector.

3. Install in the reverse order.

Rear speakers

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the rear parcel shelf (see chap. Body).

2. Turn the rear shelf, turn out fixing screws and remove the speaker.

3. Install in the reverse order.
