Removal and installation of the radio antenna



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give the nut of the antenna mast. To avoid damage to paintwork paste on the surface surrounding the nut body panel protective layer tape.

2. In the luggage compartment release plastic clips securing the trim panel to the right to provide access to the electric motor driving the antenna.

3. Remove the mounting screws, remove the wiring and remove the motor assembly from the vehicle.

4. Install in the reverse order.

Mast Antenna

PERFORMANCE ORDER

It takes care assistant.

1. Give the mast nut.

2. Hold the mast antenna, turn on the ignition and ask a radio antenna itself should come out of engagement with the drive motor.

3. When installing the mast, make sure that the drive cable is facing tooth turned back at the car. Ask the assistant to include ignition and the radio - antenna must itself be drawn into the motor assembly.
4. The further installation is made in the reverse order of dismantle of components.

An array of antennas

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Most models of host lattice antenna affixed to the rear window of the car in combination with grid heater.
2. The antenna array is glued to the top of the glass. Check of serviceability of a condition and regenerative repair of the antenna array is made as well as for heating grids (see. Section Check of serviceability of functioning and regenerative repair of a heater of back glass).
