Fill the cooling system

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Replace the radiator and thermostat, and reconnect all hoses.
  2. Replace and tighten the radiator drain plug and cylinder.
  3. When heater is included in the position of the hot air, fill the radiator or coolant expansion tank. The filler neck of the radiator has two level marks: the lower and upper cold to hot engine.
  4. Replace the filler cap and run the engine for a few minutes at idle speed, then stop it and check the coolant level. Top up, if necessary, the coolant and replace the cover.
  5. Bring engine up to normal operating temperature and check the level again, do not forget to relieve pressure in the system before removing the cover.
