PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Partially drain the cooling system.

  3. Loosen the screws and remove the thermostat, leaving it attached to the upper hose. Remove the intermediate ring.
  4. Remove the thermostat from the housing.
  5. To check the thermostat hang it on a thin rope in the vessel with water. Gradually heating the water, note the temperature at which the thermostat starts to open. Continuing hot water, note the temperature it is fully open. Remove the thermostat from the water and make sure that it is completely enclosed in a cold state.
  6. Replace the thermostat if the marked temperature different from the required data, or if it is not fully closed when cold.
