Removal, inspection, cleaning, and installing radiator
| - Drain the cooling system, but if it is not intended to replace full, not drain it out of the cylinder.
- Remove the two brackets, and fan cover on the rear side of the radiator.
- On some models equipped with installation of air conditioning, unscrew the bolts on the side of the air cooler radiator and secure it with one hand. Other models may need to completely remove the air cooler. In all cases, air conditioning system has to deal with a qualified mechanic.
- Remove the upper and lower hoses from the radiator.
- Remove the upper mounting bracket and remove the heat sink, lifting it up so as not to damage the tubes and not to spill liquid on the elements of the car body.
- Clean the tube radiator with a soft brush or with a hose. Flush the radiator counter. Inspect hoses and clamps, and replace them if they are damaged or worn. Also check the bottom rubber grommets. Inspect the oil filler plug and check the correct fit of the vacuum valve on the rubber seal.
- Set the details of the system in the reverse order of removal, and fill the cooling system.
